ACTION LEARNING
Truth in the field

To create a rapid, revealing and lasting impact, our methods are systematically based on 3-phase scenarios: Team or individual preparation in the WAR ROOM – Action in the field – After-action review and transposition to participants’ own issues.

Each scenario focuses on one or more of the program objectives agreed with our customer (e.g. cooperation, mutual trust, collective commitment, anticipating non-compliance, managing discomfort, adapting to the unexpected, etc.).

The scenario is organized around a team project or an individual “off-center” workshop, outside the participants’ field of expertise but connected to a real “customer outcome” issue. Participants then implement their “action plan” in the field… under our benevolent but demanding eye!
